The new series of single-beam active opto-electronic protective light guard "RED/1R" represents the right choice for the protection of operators exposed to the risk of accidents on any type of plant or machine that presents an adequate danger. The simplicity of installation combined with the connection speed, as well as the two different safety categories make "RED/1R" the ideal component for different applications, guaranteeing an always adequate level of protection. These devices can easily be configured to switch from automatic reset to manual mode, via a remote button, with start and restart interlock without having to access the device internally. An EDM control circuit allows the "RED/1R" safety light guard to control the status of the devices connected externally to the two outputs as load, thus extending the safety level up to the primary commands of the machine without the use of additional control units.
